NexNodo may collect and analyze operational, behavioral, usage, deployment, Marketplace, infrastructure, AI interaction, and platform activity data associated with Customer interaction with the Services in order to improve user experience, optimize platform performance, improve reliability, develop new functionality, improve infrastructure orchestration systems, enhance Marketplace operations, support AI infrastructure capabilities, and create improved products and services.

Certain cookies are necessary for the Services to function properly and cannot reasonably be disabled without impacting the availability, functionality, security, or performance of the Services.

Such technologies may be controlled by the applicable Vendor or third-party provider rather than NexNodo.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing and understanding applicable Vendor terms, privacy policies, operational practices, and data processing activities associated with third-party Marketplace applications and AI-related services.
